The ship was bought by a mr.B.O. Seippel and started serving on the trade between
Stockholm and Sandhamn.
In 1915 the Stockholm-Sandhamn Steamship Co. bought the ship and in 1947 she was
sold to the Waxholm Steamship Co. and in 1949 she was renamed "Norrskär".

The ship has been engaged in a vast number of different trades,but mostly
she has been serving between Stockholm and Sandhamn.She was also capable
breaking ice in normal ,used on the Sandhamn-trade, she was a fast and elegant
ship,with her bridge in a relatively high position, thus giving place for a big and very
stylish dining room, where "wealthy travellers could enjoy good food".

She was for some thirty years under command of captain G.Bredenberg.
From 1910 - 1957 she served both Northern- and Central archipelago of
Stockholm.

The model of s/s"Norrskär" is built by Bengt to the scale 1/25 giving a length
of 113 centimeters.As engine serves an electric motor.Steering and speed
are controlled by a 2-channel radio
The hull is made in fiber glass.,after using one´s own hand fabricated mould.
The mould,used to produce this hull,is free to use,if one should like to go
ahead.
